We do this through our ARM Plus engagement team in a 121 video meeting to understand your priorities and challenges and show how ARM Plus can help you with these. We also provide unlimited support to help you implement ARM Plus.

Step 1: 1-2-1 Meeting to understand your issues, needs and priorities
This is the essential step to ensure that ARM Plus is going to be suitable for your business.
When you or your broker “sign-up” for ARM Plus we will arrange a 1-2-1 video call with our Engagement Team, to understand your issues, needs and priorities to establish how ARM Plus could assist you.
Step 2: Your ARM Plus Solution
We’ll walk you through how ARM Plus can meet your needs. If you decide that ARM Plus will deliver value to your business, we’ll set up your account and provide individual, tailored implementation guidance to meet your priorities and operational bandwidth.
This will include how to set up your company, how to engage with the individual systems and resources in ARM Plus and provide 1-2-1 or group video training to get you up and running.
Step 3: Deliver and Implement
When you are ready to go, we’ll help you set up your company in ARM Plus as well as the elements you want to start using.
We’ll help you set up all your employees and provide initial video training to those going to be using ARM Plus to support the roll out.
As many times as you need assistance the Engagement Team are here available on Zoom/Teams, by phone or email.
Step 4: Continuous Support
The support doesn’t end there, the Engagement Team are here at every step of the way.
Whether it’s day-to-day queries, refresher training, support when we launch new systems that you wnat to start using, training for new starters, or even reviewing how you are using the system so you can get the most out of it.
