When you or your broker “signs up” for ARM Plus, we will arrange a 1-2-1 video call with our Engagement Team to understand your issues, needs, and priorities and establish how ARM Plus could assist you.
Step 2
Your ARM Plus Solution
If you decide to use ARM Plus to support your risk management, we’ll set up your account and provide individual, tailored implementation guidance to meet your priorities and operational bandwidth.
Step 3
Deliver & Implement
When you are ready to go, we’ll help you get your ARM Plus system set-up and get the initial roll-out underway. This will include any training you and your team need to get familiar with ARM Plus, as well as how to start tailoring it to your specific requirement’s.
Step 4
Continuous Support
Our Engagement Team are here to help – whenever you need it. Whether it’s everyday queries, refresher training, support when we launch new systems, training for new starters. Just pick up the phone or book an online call.
