We want you to get as much out of the system as quickly as possible. We want to drive confidence in you, and your workforce, to utilise all that BCarm has to offer.
Getting started
We will contact you to set up an initial telephone meeting or webinar depending on what works for you to provide an overview of BCarm, how it might work for you and to explain the support we provide to help you get up and running.
A new system can sometimes seem daunting and we want you to know that we are here to support you all the way. We provide unlimited remote support and our help desk team really do “help” customers. We use screen sharing so we can deal with queries easily and also provide training and tutorial when required. We’ll even help you plan how best to implement the system if you want.
Setting up
Support doesn’t end when you are up and running (although because our systems just work many clients never write, they never phone….). For as long as you are using the system we will provide unlimited remote support.
Whether its day-to-day queries, refresher training, support when we launch new systems, training for new starters, or even reviewing how you are using the system so you can get the most out of it, just pick up the phone to book a session with the team.
Planning
Any system implementation needs to be thought through to get the whole business on-board especially if it involves changes to process, training of staff members and communicating what is happening.
We are here to help.
We understand the importance of getting this right and can work with you based on our experience helping others launch and implement the system. It’s really important to set realistic objectives approaching it in bite-sized chunks (think Gant Chart). We will help you through this and if we think you are trying to achieve too much too soon we’ll tell you. If you want face to face support we can provide that as well.

For as long as you are using the system we are here to provide you with unlimited remote support.
