We want you to get as much out of the system as quickly as possible. We aim to drive confidence in you and your workforce to utilise all that BCarm has to offer.
Any system implementation requires careful planning to ensure the whole business is on board, particularly when it involves process changes. We understand that and have helped all shapes and sizes of business implement BCarm successfully.
Getting started
Through our initial engagement, we will identify any issues, priorities, and challenges you might have with a “new” system, and this will form part of our proposal to you; you will have a clear plan of how we are going to roll out BCarm between us.
It’s really important to set realistic objectives, approaching them in bite-sized chunks (think Gant chart). We will help you through this, and if we believe you are trying to achieve too much, too soon, we’ll tell you. If you want face-to-face support, we can provide that as well.

This is critical; we understand what drives “employee engagement” and will bring that experience and expertise to the table. The 2 key ingredients for your team:
1. I know what’s expected of me, and
2. I have the knowledge, skills, resources, including time, to do it
Training your team to use BCarm is included in our “unlimited” remote support.
Setting up
We’ll also guide you through setting up the system to meet your needs, including training configuration, adding your company structure, and accessing reports and data quickly.
Continuous support
Whether you need help with day-to-day queries, refresher training, support for new system launches, training for new starters, or a review of your system usage to maximise its benefits, call to book a session with the team.
