We bring together digital risk management systems (PROCESS), flexible “pay as you go if you need” Consultancy (COMPLIANCE), and Engagement – our name for the continuous support we provide you and your PEOPLE. This combination delivers the benefits of SaaS (data, accountability, transparency, efficiency, and defensibility) with expertise when required (there are no retained 3 – 5 year contracts) and a focus on people, who are generally the defining factor in managing business risk, whatever level in the business.

Head of Operations

Operational Management from Leisure to Insurance and HR. Former GB Canoe Slalom training team member, all round perfectionist and secretly the most competitive person alive! May or may not have a Blue Peter Badge.

Experienced in sales and account management, with a background in the motor trade and supporting conveyancing law firms. Rarely without a German Shepherd in tow, she spends spare time managing five horses, training for competitions, and escaping to the countryside whenever she can.
